BRIM BFH06 is an elastomer based compressive foam that prevents the battery from overheating out of control.The BFH06 maintains a compression value throughout the battery life, while preventing a single cell (cell) from "heating up" to generate heat energy.BRIM BFH06's thermal buffer protects adjacent cells from exothermic effects and helps prevent overheating events from spreading from one cell to another.
BRIM BFH06 is specifically designed with the following features:
• protect baggy cells from runaway heat
• flame retardant according to ASTMD3801
• predictable compressive force deflection behavior across a wide temperature range and the entire product life cycle
